Hagerstown Magazine

A bimonthly, full-color lifestyles magazine that highlights the best of life in Washington County and the surrounding area. HM works in partnership with businesses and the community to encourage strong economic growth, enrich the lives of our readers, and strengthen pride in our town. Advertisers find Hagerstown magazine to be a very rewarding and effective tool for promoting their business for many reasons. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits, including opportunities to contribute to the content of both the magazine and the website, as well as participate in various other events and mailings throughout the year.

We distribute 12,000 copies of Hagerstown: The Best of Life in Washington County six times per year to subscribers, advertisers and retail establishments in Washington and Frederick counties in Maryland, Franklin County, Pa., and the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia. Copies are also distributed as a member benefit of the Hagerstown-Washington County Chamber of Commerce and Hancock Chamber of Commerce, and are placed in-room for visitors at several prestigious hotels in Washington County.

An annual, regional bridal magazine packed with local resources for the discerning bride. Includes lots of local content, including a full-color bridal fashion photo gallery, 12-Month Wedding Planner and Checklist, Bridal Services Directory, Wedding Location Guide and much more.

Distribution of 20,000 copies annually throughout the region. Distributed to subscribers with the January issue of Hagerstown magazine; to brides, grooms and parents at many seasonal bridal shows; and cross-promoted through key bridal advertisers.

2008 Home & Garden Annual

Camera-ready ads due: 12/22/2008

An annual publication filled with every good thing for the home and garden. Content focuses on local stories, trends and resources related to home and garden building, buying, renovating and decorating. Includes full-color photographic tours of glorious local gardens, home showcases, Home & Garden Services Directory, In Focus Spotlights on local businesses, Year-long gardening planner, real estate resources and much more.

Distribution of 20,000 copies annually throughout the region. Distributed to subscribers with the March issue of Hagerstown magazine, at the Homebuilder’s Association of Washington County’s Home Show, at the Hagerstown Community College Alumni Association Flower & Garden Show, additional shows throughout the year, direct-mailed to select households, and cross-promoted through advertisers.
